| The present system of centralized authority makes the leaders unavailable and their interests are limited to the specific areas that they originate from. Trifurcation of Delhi will not help unless the Constitution is understood in its true spirit. We find no solution if the discussions do not go beyond the table with very same people who have ruled the roost through this entire period.
Discussions and debates on this subject are the direct consequence of insecurity of the people who rule Delhi today as the intent is not quality of Governance. |
